    Answers for the role, from the brief a person approves, and asks only the questions that person has approved.

    Stays with the candidate. It learns from what they choose to share, and nothing is passed on until they approve it.

  3. Recruiter agent

    Drafts the next step from notes a person has already approved. You review the draft, edit it and decide.

A candidate can talk with their agent. If they approve a line, the job agent and the recruiter agent can use it. Nothing moves on its own.

Questions

What's the difference between TastyOS and Tasty Recruit?

TastyOS is the platform: your workspace, your team's sign-in and the foundation everything runs on. Tasty Recruit is the first module on it, covering roles, interview loops, applications and the pipeline. More modules will follow, and pilot teams help decide what comes next.

What are agents?

Agents are AI helpers we're building with our design partners: one for each role, each candidate and each recruiter. They answer and draft from what your team approves. A person makes every decision. Today, AI also helps with first drafts, like a job description. Those drafts are labeled and wait for a person to review them.

Who is the pilot for?

Recruiters and hiring teams at startups and small companies who are hiring now and want to help shape the product.

How is my team's data kept private?

Every pilot team gets its own private workspace at its own address, and only people you invite can sign in. Have questions about how candidate data is handled? Ask, and we'll walk you through it.

Does it replace my email and calendar?

No. During the pilot, email and scheduling stay in the tools you already use. TastyOS holds the hiring plan, the pipeline and your daily list.

How do I sign in?

Each team signs in at its own workspace address, like yourcompany.tastyos.com. We'll send yours when your workspace is ready.
